Say this prayer now:
Almighty God, I want to be a part of Your family. I acknowledge that You raised Jesus from the dead and that He is alive. I accept Him as my Lord and Savior, and ask that I be saved. I accept my salvation from sin right now. Thank you, Father God, for forgiving me, saving me, and giving me eternal life. Amen!
Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
John 3: 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 14:16 Jesus explained: ‘I am the Way, I am the Truth, and I am the Life. No one comes next to the Father except through me. To know me is to know my Father too.’
1 Corinthians 10:13 The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you to escape so that you can endure.
Philippians 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God.
PRAYER FOR THE ASSOCIATION:
Dear God, Almighty Leader of the Universe, help the Orange Association serve You and spread Your Word. We ask You to bless the members of the Royal Family and provide wisdom to people in positions of authority, and to help the Orange Lodge promote patriotic service among Canadians. Amen.
1 Praise the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise Him in his mighty heavens.
2 Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness.
3 Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre,
4 Praise him with timbrel and dancing, praise him with the strings and pipe,
5 Praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals.
6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord!
THE NICENE CREED: A basic statement of Christian faith
Originally adopted in the city of Nicaea by the First Council of Nicaea in 325.
We believe in one God,
the Father Almighty
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
begotten from the Father before all ages,
God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not ma de
of the same essence as the Father.
Through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
he came down from heaven;
he became incarnate by the Holy Spirit and the virgin Mary,
and was made human.
He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered and was buried.
The third day he rose again, according to the Scriptures.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again with glory
to judge the living and the dead.
His kingdom will never end.
And we believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life.
He proceeds from the Father and the Son,
and with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified.
He spoke through the prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic church.
We affirm one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look forward to the resurrection of the dead,
and to life in the world to come. Amen.
